CAMPING ELIZABETH POLICIES REGARDING RENTING ACCOMMODATION
DEPOSITS  -  CANCELLATION  -  ALTERATION OF RESERVATIONS

DEPOSITS
- Deposit of 20% of the total amount has to be paid before 31st January or at the time of booking.
- Balance to pay on arrival day.

CANCELLATION
1.  Cancellation more than 42 days or 42 days before arrival day - we will pay you back the deposit minus 40 euro administration cost.
2.  Cancellation less than 42 days before arrival day - we will not refund the amount of the deposit that you have paid (which is 20 % of the total amount of the reservation).
3. Cancellation on/after 10 days before your arrival day – You will pay for the days that you have stayed and for the days you do not stay we will charge a maximum of 50% of the daily rate (percentage to be agreed upon at the time).
If your cancellation is due to Force Majeure announced by your country of residence or by the Greek government we will apply the same policies as above (1. or 2.) as long as we have not received other guidelines from the Greek government. From the moment we will receive guidelines from our government we will apply the Greek government guidelines (for example in the first lockdown we were able to give vouchers valid for 18 months, minus 30 euro administration costs).
Important note: in no case we will keep/ask more money than the 50% that you have paid.

ALTERATION POLICY
In case you want change your existing reservation (for example change dates, change accommodation, or other changes):
- Alteration more than 42 days or 42 days before your booked arrival day:
   - we will keep the total of the deposit you paid for your future stay - valid until the end of the touristic season of that year.
   - we will keep the total of deposit you paid minus 40 euro administration costs for a future stay - valid until the end of the touristic season of the next year
- Alteration less than 42 days and more than 10 days before your booked arrival day: we will keep the deposit for your future reservation minus 50 euro administration costs - valid until the end of the touristic season of that year. For any reservation in next seasons the deposit will be used as administration costs and not be valid.
- Alterations less than 10 days before your booked arrival day - depending on our reservation plan at that moment, we will decide whether or not part or all 50% of the total stay rate, minus a 40 euro administration fee, can be used for your new reservation. Otherwise  your paid deposit will be used as administration costs and can not be used for future reservations.

CAMPING ELIZABETH POLICIES REGARDING RESERVATION FOR A PLACE CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER
A fee 30 euro has to be paid before the 31st of January or by the time of the reservation. This fee is not refundable and is not deductible from the price of the stay.
If you choose any place on the camping when you arrive, there is now fee.
